Our story
We are a group of volunteers who wanted to make a difference in our community. Our experience lay in volunteering, marketing, fundraising, and social events. We have pooled all our strengths together to launch this nonprofit to help others in our community with an area that is often neglected: fundraising! We want to use our knowledge to take the stress of fundraising away from the local nonprofits so they can focus on helping our community.

Alicha Frank
Founder, President
Alicha was born and raised in the Wiregrass area. She has a passion for helping others through her career as a nurse. After seeing multiple nonprofits pleading for funds on Facebook, she had the idea to use her experience to bridge the gap in fundraising and local nonprofits who need to spend their focus and energy on their mission.
Barbara Fowler
Co-founder, Vice President
Barbara Fowler serves as Vice President of Wiregrass Impact Alliance, bringing a diverse background in nursing, marketing, and nonprofit development. With a foundation in clinical care, Barbara transitioned into healthcare marketing, where she honed her skills in strategic communication and community outreach. Her passion for mission-driven work led her into the nonprofit sector, where she has contributed to fundraising initiatives and organizational growth. Barbara is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to bridge clinical expertise with effective messaging and donor engagement to advance meaningful causes.
Miranda Grider
Secretary
Miranda is a nurse with a dual degree in marketing that has a passion for helping people and animals. She is active in the community and in local sports. Her organizational skills, marketing knowledge, and enthusiasm for helping others makes her an indispensable part of the team.
Jeri Deshazo
Treasurer
Jeri is a preschool teacher with a passion for helping others. For more than a decade, she has spent countless hours volunteering her time with multiple agencies, including the Lee County Humane society, Boy Scouts of America, Backpack International, and multiple churches.
